By submitting your business specials, promotions, or sales to Thriving Oregon via https://thrivingoregon.com/add-your-specials-and-sales-for-free/, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before submission.

1. Eligibility

This service is available to business owners, managers, or authorized representatives operating within Lane County Oregon. You must have the legal authority to represent the business and submit its promotional content.

2. Content Guidelines

You agree that:

  • All information submitted is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

  • You own or have the rights to publish the content you provide (including images, text, branding, etc.).

  • Your submission does not violate any third-party rights or any laws.

  • Your promotion is appropriate for a general audience and does not contain hate speech, adult content, or illegal activity.

Thriving Oregon LLC reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove any submission at its sole discretion.

3. No Guarantee of Listing or Visibility

Submission of a promotion does not guarantee publication, visibility, or performance. This is a free community promotional service, and while Thriving Oregon aims to support local visibility, results may vary.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thriving Oregon LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your content submission,

  • Any violation of these Terms of Use,

  • Your business activities,

  • Any claim that your content infringes the intellectual property or other rights of a third party.

5. No Liability

Thriving Oregon LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use this service, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

6. Modification of Terms

Thriving Oregon LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lane County, Oregon.
